Who We Are
Bill Mawson
Event organiser
Bill applies for the event to take place every year and deals with all the legal documents that go on behind the event taking place. Bill will be available on the day with setting up the arena and taking charge of the parade. He will be walking around collecting payments later on in the afternoon and giving invoices out.
Melissa Lake
Events organiser
Melissa contacts performing acts for the arena, local businesses and charities to hold a stall or to take part in the event. She also deals with the forms and plans the field layout. She is currently looking into developing social media platforms. You will find her on the day in a high-vis jacket meeting and greeting people as they come in, helping people on the day, walking around during the event and collecting any payments that is required. Towards the end of the day you will find her litter picking.
